1 Terms

By accessing this website or any other website controlled and provided to you by Pokémon World Online, you are agreeing to be bound by these website Terms and Conditions of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing these websites.

2 Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) from Pokémon World Online's websites for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

Modify or copy the materials;
Use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on Pokémon World Online's websites;

4 Limitations

In no event shall Pokémon World Online be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption,) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Pokémon World Online's websites, even if Pokémon World Online or Pokémon World Online authorized representative has been notified or in writing of the possibility of such damage. While using any service provided to you by Pokémon World Online, your activities may be monitored if you partake in any actions considered to be questionable or suspicious by Pokémon World Online and its staff. In the event your account is placed under supervision, you grant Pokémon World Online permission to monitor any activity that occurs on any main and alternative accounts. Pokémon World Online will not record, share, or otherwise make use of any gathered information or materials in any way that does not directly protect the integrity of the service.

5 Revisions and Errata

The materials appearing on Pokémon World Online's websites may include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Pokémon World Online do not warrant that any of the materials on the websites are accurate, complete, or current. Pokémon World Online may make changes to the materials contained on the websites at any time without notice. Pokémon World Online do not, however, make any commitment to update the materials.

Pokémon World Online have not reviewed all of the sites linked to by the websites and are not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Pokémon World Online of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.

7 Donations

Pokémon World Online collects donations to help cover our running fees. In the event of a donation, players may receive tokens however we are not obliged to provide them. If you do not receive tokens, you have the right to report an issue on the Playerdex to be looked into as long as the donation was made within the past 14 days. Players do not have a right to a refund for their donation.

8 Site Terms of Use Modifications

Pokémon World Online may revise these terms of use for the websites at any time without notice. By using the websites you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms and Conditions of Use.

9 Governing Law

Any claim relating to Pokémon World Online's websites shall be governed by the laws of Sweden without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
